Another reminder for those who haven't made their reservations yet. The deadline is May 20th.

Again, the dates for the reuinion are June 17th through the 20th. The plan is as follows:

Friday evening, we will have a catered dinner in the meeting room. There is enough of Aunt Roxie's money to pay for this, so nobody needs to send any money.

Saturday evening, we are planning a group trip to see the Passion Play. Discounted group tickets are $19 for the Passion Play and $19 for the Top of the Mountain Gospel Dinner Show. If you do not make reservations with the group, the ticket price is $26 for each at the gate.($26 for Passion Play and $26 for the dinner show). If you would like to attend and buy your tickets now, please let me know. If you want to send the money for tickets, my address is Kris Greene, P.O. Box 7, Oilton, OK 74052.

We will be providing sandwich stuff for the other days. I believe Aunt Roxie wanted her money to cover that also, so no one needs to send money for that either.

Again I will attach the hotel information for anyone who does not have their phone number.

I was admonished for not providing enough details in my last e-mail, and I won't mention any names (MOM), so I hope I didn't leave anything out.
