Dear Family,

This is to confirm the dates of Thurs., June 22, through Mon. June 26, 2006, for our Ray Family Reunion. I know many of you will leave on Sunday to get back home to work on Monday, but some of us retired people may want to stick around Sunday night. I spoke today with Chris Harrison, Director of Sales at AmeriSuites, and also with Kathy Ray to go over more details.

You may call 1-210-561-0099 anytime between now and May 22, 2006, to make your reservations.

Here are the choices:

1) 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa for $99.00
2) 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa for $95.00
3) 1 king bed in a business suite (nice easy chair and large desk instead of sleeper sofa) for $95.00

In all the suites, the toilet and bathtub are in a separate room from the sink area, which I think is nice. The bedroom area is separated from the living area by a partial wall, but does not have a door that closes, so I would call it "semi-private." The mini kitchen has a microwave, undercounter frig, small cabinet supplied with a few dishes and some silverware. Not that we expect anyone to be cooking and eating up in your room. As I remember, it was equipped with an iron and ironing board, as well as hair dryer.

No extra charge for a crib.

For those of you requesting a swimming pool, there is an outside pool, visible from our meeting room, with a connecting door.
